Sander Mittertreiner is project leader of the ‘Open Source Desktop’ project at the Netherlands Patent Office. In this role he put theory into practice regarding the Action plan ‘Nederland Open in Verbinding’ (NOiV). After his ICT training at the College of The Hague, he held many different positions, most of which involved in open source software.
